Physio-led Strength & Performance · New Ollerton

Build strength. Move with confidence.
Perform better.

Physio-led Strength & Performance from Vortex helps you become a stronger, more capable version of yourself. Whether you are rebuilding after injury, returning to training or ready for a new challenge, we build your plan around what you can do and develop from there.

A suitability conversation, not a clinical assessment. If assessment is needed, we will explain the next step.

What we do

What we do and how it works

We combine a physiotherapist's understanding of injury, movement and exercise physiology with individual strength and conditioning. Your goals, experience, equipment and lifestyle shape the programme. The training load, effort and recovery are chosen to develop the physical qualities you need.

Your place in the Vortex System

Control. Rebuild. Perform.

These priorities can overlap: progression follows individual milestones, your response and relevant recovery needs. This service often builds on Rebuild, but you can join at the appropriate starting point without completing physiotherapy first.

Control

Control builds confidence and a manageable starting point.

Rebuild

Rebuild develops strength and capacity.

Perform

Perform applies that capacity to your goals.
